We used to have PureBeauty's Zuzana as a separate model (http://www.thenude.eu/Zuzana_10672.htm).
On her inspirovanikrasou model card, she shows one of the PureBeauty covers, as well as a Met-Art Susana A and a W4B Zuzana cover. So I suppose it is safe to assume they are the same model.
That tattoo that is clearly visible on the PureBeauty Innocence cover is nowhere to seen in her Met or W4B sets.
