Paula Ann Triplett is a former teenage actress. She is best known for her role as Claire Scott in the award winning BBC school drama Grange Hill between 1981 and 1985, her final appearance being in the 1985 Christmas Special. After briefly appearing in the popular BBC comedy Only Fools and Horses and the ITV police drama The Bill, Bland's last role was in 1994 in the short-lived comedy 'Health and Efficiency'. Bland married in September 1992 and is no longer acting. She has two children and has her own PR Company in London. Her clients are mainly high profile and celebrity.
